- Tires that are covered in this policy include tired that have been torn, punctured, or bloated and have caused damage to other parts of the car. Spare tires are not covered.
- Fluids that are covered by this policy includes only motor oils and base oils that leaked or needs replacing due to an accident. Coolants, anti-rusts, anti-freeze, or transmission fluids are not covered.
- Amount paid out will be the agreed value of the fluids.
- Leakage of oil due to towing or dragging another car will not be covered.
- The policy won’t cover cars that have used the car for any other purpose other than what the car has been registered for.
- Driving without a license, expired license, revoked license, or the wrong type of license (such as a motorbike license) will also result in inability to claim.
- Drivers who are under the influence of alcohol more than the legal limit of 150 mg% will not be able to claim for compensation. (However if the driver is not at fault, this clause will not apply).
- Bangkok Insurance Claim form.
- A copy of the receipt from when you last changed the tires and or the fluids of the car.
- Details of damage from accident given to you by the third party’s insurance company (if applicable).
- Any additional documents that the insurance company might need for help process the claim.
