Terms and Conditions for Consolatory Compensation

- Accident must have occurred with another land vehicle only.

- There must be a third party present with the accident.

- This policy will only provide coverage and compensation if you are the party that is not at fault.

- There must be clear evidence of loss or damage.

- Under this policy, you can claim no more than twice a year.

Specific terms and conditions for Consolatory Compensation

1.Drivers who are under the influence of alcohol more than the legal limit of 150mg% will not be able to claim for compensation.

2.Drivers who have been using their vehicle for purposes other than what the car has been registered will not be able to claim.

3.Driving without a license, expired license, revoked license, or the wrong type of license (such as a motorbike license) will also result in inability to claim.

Required documentation for Consolatory Compensation

- Bangkok Insurance Claim form.

- Details of damage from accident given to you by the third party’s insurance company OR.

- A police report clearly detailing the events of the accident, which party is at fault, cause of the accident, and the license plate of the third party at fault.

- Any additional documents that the insurance company might need for help process the claim.
