All the coverage, policy issuing, and cancellation must comply with Dhipaya Insurance Terms and Conditions.

The total sum insured per person cannot exceed 3,000,000 baht when combining the sum insured of all policies that the customer holds Policy can be purchased for ages between 15 to 60 only


Personal Accident Insurance cover 24 hours worldwide in case of

  • Loss of life due to murder, mutilation, driving, and or being a passenger on a motorcycle
  • Loss of organs, eyesight, or any other form of permanent disability from an accident
  • Medical Coverage per time per accident (Includes injuries from riding or a passenger of a motorcycle
  • Daily income compensation during hospitalization (Include injuries from riding or a passenger of a motorcycle) Up to 365 days per accident
  • Coverage for funeral expenses from a death due to an accident and or illness (Except for cases where the illness begun during the first 180 days of the policy)
  • A person is eligible for 1 personal accident insurance policy.

We cover you as soon as you have informed us that you have paid, within our office hours.

Disclaimer

  • Customers are encouraged to understand, review, research, and question the quotation and details of the coverage before making payment.
  • The company’s decision on issues brought forward by customers and partners are considered to be final.
  • bolttech is not responsible for making the final decision on whether the customer’s insurance policy will be issued and or whether the claims have been paid to the customer. This right is reserved by the insurance company that is underwriting the policy.
  • bolttech is not responsible for any error caused by data entry mistakes case or incorrect information given case by customer.

Promotions Terms and Conditions

  • bolttech reserves the right to change and adjust the promotions given to partners and customers at any given time without prior notice.
  • Promotions are campaign specific and will not be able to be applied to all products available.
  • Promotions given by bolttech are payment method sensitive and may change depending on the payment method that the customers select.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, and or campaigns.
  • All promotions have an expiry date and cannot be used once the time has elapsed When using promotions, proof must be provided based on requirements of the promotion. If the evidence given is incorrect or insufficient, company has the right to cancel the discount given to the customer.
  • Customers have to confirm the promotional code or campaign name before applying it in order to avoid confusion or misunderstanding the usage of the code.

Referral Program Conditions

  • Referral fees will be given to the referrer based on the purchased policy type of the referred.
  • Referrers can refer as many people to bolttech as they wish to without limitation (Including their second car, friends, family, etc)
  • The rewards to Referrers will be deliver once the referred has completed the purchase policy has been issued, and covered.
  • Evidence must be provided to support the relationship between the referrer and the referred.
  • Company has the right to deny the referral fee if evidence provided is found to be lacking and insufficient.
  • Referral program cannot be used in combination with other promotions, discounts, and partnership programs

Delivery and Shipping Policies

  • After payment is fulfilled and verified (Except voluntary car insurance), customer will receive policy along with terms and conditions via given e-mail address.
  • To request a hard copy of any policy with hologram paper, please contact us by calling 02-106-5800. (Note: there is additional cost 200 THB / policy)
  • The policy delivery process can take between 2 to 10 working days depending on the area of delivery, delivery method and weather conditions.
  • bolttech reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipment method to deliver the issued policy.

Freebies

  • bolttech is happy to give freebies to customers on a promotional basis.
  • The availability of these freebies depends on the various factors which can cause delay in the shipment of these freebies to customers.
  • bolttech reserves the right to change the freebie given to the customer with an equivalent value if the freebie chosen has ran out of stock
  • Freebie,promotion code,discount code or vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in any case.
