How long will it take for me to receive a quotation?

How do I pay for the policies?

After you have accepted our quotation, our sales team will coordinate you with finance team on the invoicing and payment process. At Frank, we accept, cash, cheques, bank transfers, as well as credit card payments in some cases.

How do I make claims once the policy has been issued?

For claims, you are encouraged to call the insurance company of your policy directly for the quickest service. You are also welcomed to contact Frank and we would be happy to help mediate between your company and the insurance company regarding any claim situations.

How long is a quotation valid for after I have received it ?

Quotations are valid for a period of 1 month (30 days) upon receipt. If you are happy with the quotation that you have received, please sign on the quotation form (authorized signatory only) and return the quotation back to us.
